5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer
Payment must be completed before order dispatch (except for COD orders)
Gluta Gleam reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability

6. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale
Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations
In case of cancellation, any payment received will be fully refunded

7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location
Gluta Gleam is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery

8. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Gluta Gleam website — including logos, images, product names, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of Gluta Gleam / RYK Digital Labs
