Refund policy

At Gluta Gleam, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your skin, which is why we allow you to actually try our products. If a product isn't the right fit, we accept returns on gently used items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return and full refund:
1- You must request the return within 15 days of receiving your order.
2- The product can be gently used, but must not be fully emptied or damaged by misuse.
3- You must provide your original order confirmation or receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:
All returns must be pre-approved. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Return Shipping Details:
Change of Mind / Not the Right Fit: The customer is fully responsible for handling and paying all return shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, please send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we will cover the shipping or send a free replacement.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via WhatsApp.
Approval: If the return meets the criteria, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Payment Method: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be sent via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.
Note: Any original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Important Notes:
1- Gluta Gleam reserves the right to refuse returns if a product is completely empty, purposely damaged, or if we detect abuse of our generous return policy.
2- Repeated return requests from the same customer may be flagged for review.
3- This policy applies to Pakistan-based orders only.
